• Personal Information: When you sign up using Google Sign-In, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture. This information is used solely for user authentication and to display your profile within the app.
• Attendance Data: We collect and store the data you generate, including Punch In/Out times, Break durations, Work schedules, and Notes. This data is essential for calculating your work hours and generating reports.
• Device & Usage Information: We may collect non-personal technical data such as your device model, operating system version, and app crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics) to help us improve app stability and performance.
• Media Access: If you choose to update your profile picture, we request access to your device’s photo gallery. This is optional and used only for this specific purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information We use your data for the following purposes:

• Core Functionality: To record attendance, calculate overtime, and generate PDF/Excel reports.
• Account Management: To create and secure your user account.
• Data Synchronization: To securely sync your records across your devices using cloud storage.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the app:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure database storage (Firestore), authentication, and analytics.
• Google Sign-In: Used to verify your identity securely.

These providers are obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

• Retention: We retain your personal and attendance data for as long as your account remains active.
• User Deletion Rights: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• How to Delete: You can request deletion directly inside the app by navigating to Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account.
• Deletion Process: Once requested, your account enters a 30-day grace period. If you do not log in within these 30 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Security We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.

• All data transfer is encrypted using HTTPS/SSL protocols.
• Your data is stored on secure Google Cloud servers (Firebase).
